Instructions for Filing

FIRST

If you haven’t already done so, become familiar with the Universal Declaration of Human Rights:

THE UNIVERSAL DECLARATION OF HUMAN RIGHTS

Your tort claim will include violations of Human Rights and you want to make sure you understand what they are, so that you may recognize how, what, when, and where Human Rights violations have occurred.

SECOND

You will want to write an affidavit and get it notarized.

It is a very simple document that somehow people like to make into something complicated.

If you are an American National, your affidavit would be notarized by an International Notary.

You can look up various examples of affidavits online to get you started.

THIRD

Be sure to label all submitted documents, video, images, etc.; which are mentioned in the affidavit as “Exhibits” [i.e. Exhibit 1-1, Exhibit 1-2, Exhibit 1-3, etc.], then compress the files in a zip file, and send to: [email protected]

Although not mandatory, it is best to start with a Human Rights Defender that acts in the capacity of advocate or liaison between the tort claimant and the Human Rights Tribunal.

As it is not proper protocol to directly contact the parties involved in the due process, the Human Rights Defender will assist with communications between the parties without interfering with the due process.

The Human Rights Defender may also assist in finalizing your affidavit for proper filing with the Clerk for the Tribunal.

NOTICE:
FORCED EVICTIONS ARE ALSO CONSIDERED HUMAN RIGHTS VIOLATIONS WITHIN INTERNATIONAL LAW AND VARIOUS TREATIES
